By creating a user name and password (“Account”) to use the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and to the terms of the Blue Line Hockey Privacy Policies.
Eligibility
In order to register for, use, and be entitled to access to the Services you must: (a) be 18 years or older; (b) provide true and accurate information; (c) be an authorized user of the secure login code provided to you by Organization; (d) have reviewed, agreed to, and signed all releases, consents, waivers and privacy policies provided by Organization; (e) pay any required fees charged by Organization relating to the Services; and (f) comply with all Terms herein. Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the Account for violation of these Terms at any time and without prior notice to you.

Blue Line Hockey is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We provide certain services and opportunities for visitors to our Web site. When you register to receive materials or complete an information form, Blue Line Hockey is collecting information from you. Provider has no responsibility to monitor content on the Services but reserves the right to remove any content from the Service for any reason. Provider does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or other malware, or otherwise meet your needs. Provider disclaims any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure or other technical failure, unauthorized access to or alternation of any Account or content. Provider has no responsibility for and disclaims any liability for any third party sites to which you may link or share video using the Services.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, PROVIDER’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO PROVIDER FOR THE SERVICES.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Miscellaneous
These Terms together with any other legal notice published by provider at its website, www.hockeyiqprogram.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provider. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms by either party will be effective only if in writing and signed by that party. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The sole jurisdiction and venue for actions related to this Agreement will be the state or federal courts located in Maine having jurisdiction over Provider, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts with respect to any such action
